[Facts] Re: Jasper?

"Spanish accent" is a bit misleading, because every variation of Spanish has a different "accent"...
It would also depend on how well the person spoke English - obviously then the person would use the English pronunciation. But even then a person might have some trouble with English J and "er", so perhaps something like "Jass-pehr".
Of course someone were to pronounce Jasper according to Spanish phonetics, it would be something like "has-pehr".
The Spanish form of the name is Gaspar.
Alexandrina, Annabella, Clementine, Charlotte, Emilienne, Florence, Frederica, Katharina, Mary (May), Maud, Penelope, Rosamund, Theodora (Teddy).
Aubrey, Axel, Benedict, Bertrand (Bertie), Cuthbert, Dashiell, Everard, John (Jack) Leopold (Leo), Magnus, Matthias, Maximilian (Max), Wilfred.

Thank you! Would it not be unreasonable to sound like Hesper, for some accents?

I guess so. The sound [æ] in Jas doesn't exist in Spanish — so Spanish-speakers tend to replace it with either [a] or [e] (actually, many American accents replace it with [e] as well).
I think it would depend if the person was reading Jasper or hearing someone else pronounce Jasper in a specific English accent.
