It's spelled Jules.
And I would prefer Victor and Hugo.

No.

I haven't read the other responses yet, but it's a jokey choice straight out of Back To The Future III.

*cue the canned laughter*How corny.
It's as bad as Celine Dion's twins, Nelson and Eddy.
Only worse, because Verne sounds exactly like Vern, as in "Hey, Vern!"

After the author? I think it's a bit tacky tbh. Sorry.

Really?! I actually think of "Back to the Future" before I think of Jules Verne =P

Cheesy and ridiculous. This spelling of Jules is also ugly. I don't like Verne as a name in general, but especially when paired with Jules. If you are a fan of sci-fi literature and wanted to honor some classic authors something like Jules and Hugo would be lovely.

On that note, why not just go for the gold and name your kid Asimov? ;)

I recognised the two names put together enough for me to put in a curious Google search... And...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jules_Verne

Spell Joules as Jules and you'll be okay.

Watched Back to the Future III recently? That's what Doc named his son.I dislike Joules being that it's a unit of measure. Jules is nice though.Verne feels old and unattractive to me. Together they are tacky. Either one could be used after Jules Verne and be a nice nod. I'm not into themed sets though. That said at least they're respectable names independently and I'd rather see that than some trendier things.
