Tino and Aliyah have been married for four years. They settled in Los Angeles and began working. Tino works for a large doctor's office and sees a lot of patients each day. Aliyah works for a non-profit company who provides healthcare services to low income and impoverished residents of the city. She especially enjoys working with Egyptian immigrants and other patients of foreign descent.
Two months ago, Aliyah gave birth to their first child--a little girl they named Vitalya Guinn.
