I like Wilhelmina alright. It's a family name on my mom's side of the family (but spelled with a V). I prefer Wilhelmina over Winifred but Wilhelmina Hilda sounds quite rhymey. It might sound better if you put another name between them.
I kinda like the idea of Bill/Billie as nicknames, but I think my favorite nicknames are Willa and Mina.
