It's such a rare name I'm not sure most people would even recognize it as from the bible. Unless a name is well known, if it ends in a, people will assume it's feminine.
I don't think it's too biblical sounding. As i said, it's rare, it's not obvious like Moses. It doesn't have a religious meaning, it's simply "cinnamon" in Hebrew. And anyway, biblical names like Michael and Judith are used all the time by non religious people, so why not Keziah?
