Amy is a pretty name. My niece (who is 14) is named Aimee Elisabeth. My sister and her husband chose the French spelling for both names. Aimee went through a phase where she spelled it Amy because just about everyone else (teachers, friends, FAMILY) spelled it that way.
Of your combos, I really like Amy Juliet and Amy Rose. I also like Amy Christina and Amy Katherine.
