Gawrsh, I can't even pronounce it! The only one I've known was Dutch, so it sounded like rreKHIna, with the KH 'like the -ch in Scottish "loch"', as they always say. She was known as Gina, same sounds.
So, are you looking at reGEEna or reGIEna? Or, going back to Latin, RAYgeena I suppose?
I can't say I like the idea: seems pretentious in a way that Elizabeth and Victoria somehow don't.

I used to really love this name, but now not so much. Maybe as a middle name.
I honestly do love it but feel it's so outdated. I'd use it though
