When I was a kid there were three little brothers in the neighbourhood: Dorian, Ashley and Mark! Delightful little guys with huge blue eyes and blond curls. At that time I'd never heard of Oscar Wilde, let alone Dorian Gray. So it still feels like a name anyone could have.
What puts me off is the fem form - Dorianne. I've known two of them. One was a TV continuity and chat-show person, not my cup of tea at all, and the other was a contracted form of Anna Dorothea; very nice person.

I like it. As long as you don't actually use that combo (like a previous user wanted to), you're fine.
