I LOVE it. I don't care who has the name. And, considering Rebecca is the English transliteration of Rivka, I think Rivka is not owned by people of the Jewish faith, but Christians, too.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Rivka, Tovah, Zipporah, etc any more than I would use Sarah, Eve, or Leah.
