Felix is too catfood.
If Teddy was, say, Edward or Edmund or Edwin, I'd consider it happily. But not just Teddy.
If someone with either of the Irish names ever left Ireland, he'd have to resign himself to a lifetime of explanation, or to a name change.

That seems to leave Leo and Blaise, both of which I like. But Leo is a bit trendy, so IRL I'd go for one of the full forms of Teddy.

I really like Felix and Blaise so I'd go with those.

I would personally use Leo and Felix. I like Blaise but only with the French pronunciation.

Leo and Felix, without a doubt. Love both names and they sound great together.

From your list, Leo and Felix although I'd love to suggest Leo and Thomas since Thomas means 'twin.' :-) I like that as well as Leo and Theodore (Ted or Teddy).

I guess Leo and Felix. If Teddy was a nickname for Theodore, then I would say Theodore and Felix.

Assuming you're in the US, Felix & Leo. Leo & Blaise would also be great.

If you were willing to use Teddy as a nickname I think Felix and Theo / Theodore "Teddy" would also sound good together.
