Came across this on someone recently, and googled it when I came home cause I'd never heard it before. Googling got me nowhere, aside from results showing there seem to be a variety of women with the name. I've noticed slightly more women from or with a Filipino background and it's not unusual for Filipino names to be creative combinations of more common names (not to mention, Kenelene looks like it may be a combo name), so that's what I'm kinda leaning towards?
