Ceanna could also be a form of Sienna or Siana, depending if they were more into Italy or Ireland.
Siona is nice pronounced Sho-nah, and if they didn't pronounce it like that it might be confusing. My friend's mom is named Shona, which I think is pretty.
Lily, Colby, Leila, and Siona sounds nice! Ceanna sticks out as having more syllables, I think.
When my little sister was about to be born, I was eight. I wanted to call her Aimee :^P
