In the Kingdom of: Ybern
It's a joyous time in Ybern with the royal children being born. But the twins are making a splash as well. Sebastian, affectionately called Saf by his family, has formed an attachment to a princess of a nearby kingdom - connecting to another royal family was a very good choice for someone further down in the line of succession who doesn't have to worry about conflicting inheritances. But his sister Cia is a different story. She acted as chaperon as the prince and princess got to know each other - and got to know Rhosyn's personal guard quite well. The knight is rather a step down from royalty, but the two seem very pleased by each other's company, no matter how much people speculate that they can't possibly be together like *that.*
