I think it's perfect! My only problem is, some of my kids are already calling her Mia! Especially my younger two who can't say Emilia. I can teach them to say Lia instead though. Thanks for that.

It seemed like the perfect solution given that you love both and one is a very logical nickname of the other (well with a slight spelling change :) )

No need to choose, you can have both.

I don't think Mia to Lia is a huge jump.
