Very, very few. In Britain, and England especially, pet forms as full names are all the rage. But they're a huge pet peeve of mine. English BAs are all Ben, Billy, Millie, Ellie, Freddie, Beth and it makes me want to scream. There are a handful I do like though, because I feel they sound like formal names:

Boys
Archie (not 100% convinced of this one, though)
Harry
Theo
