I think there are some that are ok as stand alone names and some that arent...
like my name is Elise and that has been used as a stand alone name since medieval times and it has its own meaning (which isnt on BtN) of rejoiceful and joyful.
Other names from your list that I think are ok by themselves are:
Ella
Nancy
Margot
Lucy
Greta
Molly
Kate
Millie
Harry
Archie
I think Alex needs to be short for something, and Finn is a stand alone name. It is the anglicised version of Fionn which is an ancient Irish name
