Farin doesn't wory much about the war. He'll cross that bridge when he comes to it, he thinks. Ibûn is quite the opposite; he's always prepared for the worst. He's managed to convince Farin there is a very large change that there might actually be a war, so they've started to make plans; mobilise the army, think about their children etc. They're planning to take Eira and Einar to their mother. Tyr is only very young and is not accustomed to many people outside the royal quarters, since he's not been outside that part of the mountain much, so he must stay with them, hidden away even more. But Tyr is a very rebellious toddler and he's already come close to escaping the royal quarters by himself. They're worried about how they're going to manage were there to actually be a war.
Meanwhile, their young son is doing very well. He is Eira's half-brother, sharing their mother.
