Family
DH: [38] David Alexander Adams "Alex"
DW: [37] Norah Grace Adams
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Do they have any children already? (if yes, post their names and ages): no
Their naming style (use max. 5 words to describe their naming style): international, unusual literary/mythology, but still classy
Family background (how they met, what do they do for living, why they decided to adopt, what languages do they speak etc., give as much or little detail as you want): Alex is originally from Chicago, and Norah is Colorado. Alex was drawn to Colorado after a childhood trip, so he decided to go to a university there and study journalism. There, he met Norah, a fellow aspiring journalist. They fell in love, and after they got married, spent several years traveling the world together. They moved back to Chicago where they currently live in a small apartment downtown. Now, they are ready to start a family. Once their family expands, they are planning on moving to a bigger house in the suburbs and they'd love to travel more in the future, but for now, they are settling down in Chicago. Alex is fluent in both Spanish and Italian, while Norah can speak German, some Spanish, some Portuguese, and some Arabic. They are both Protestant Christians and plan to raise their children in the religion.
Adoption form
Age range?: preferably younger but would consider older as well
Gender preference?: none
Are they willing to adopt multiples? (twins, triplets): yes
Domestic or international adoption?: international
If international, where from around the world do they want to adopt?: anywhere
Are they willing to adopt children with disabilities?: yes, mild
Are they willing to adopt children that were raised in different religion?: yes, but they will raise their children in the Christian religion
Are they willing to adopt children who do not speak their language?: yes, if they are still young
Do they plan to add any more biological children to their family?: they would like to, but aren't sure if it will actually happen
Any other information? (anything else you want to add): nope
