I searched the database for names that were in the top 100 for >2000, 1960, and 1920. Here's what I got:

What do you like, what would you use?

I'd use Katherine as a MN. I would use Anthony as a FN. I like Andrew, David, Henry, Robert, Samuel, Laura, Mary but wouldn't use them unless DH hated everything else.
