Duncan was my paternal grandfather's name. I never knew him, just saw a couple of photos, where he seemed dignified.So that's how I think of him, though he may not have been like that at all.

I love Duncan. It seems to me that it would be cute on a boy but very distinguished on an adult. It's a name I would definitely use. I'm not from the US so the Dunkin' Donuts thing would never have occured to me.

I'm in Canada, and there's no Dunkin' Donuts, in my province, at least.
