I'll have to admit that I've never heard this name before! It looks pretty when written though, what's its origin?
I would pronounce it like 'a-LEE-duh' (sorry, can't type that schwa), and I think Aleida Joan or Aleida Emerald sound fine.

Aleida is a Dutch diminutive of Adelaide.
Aleida Joan is so pretty. Too bad my niece's middle name is Joan.
