[Opinions] Unusual BA!
A co-worker's friend had a baby last night!
Gender was a surprise.
Found out the name this morning.... Wrennyn Elliot.
Got to be honest, I thought it was a girl, but it's a boy!

Wrennyn does strike me as a female name and Elliot as a male name. Since lots of girls are given boy names, I would have been right there with you thinking this was probably a girl. Maybe if she had chosen a different spelling it wouldn't seem as feminine, perhaps Rennon instead.

How on earth is that pronounced?
Elliot is great though.

Wrennyn? Beautiful name! The only problem I see is that it can be very often considered as a girl's name. Wrennyn sounds absolutely like a girl's name. Like something created from Wren, inspired maybe by Welsh girls names like Rhonwyn. That's like I see Wrennyn. But maybe he will go by Elliot or he just won't have any problems with his first name. Elliot is a very good name. Good for boy, middle-aged guy and for old man.
You summed up my feelings exactly.
It was surprising at first, then I started to like it, then I found out it was a boy..... :/

Rennyn sounds an awful lot like what they use to make cheese.
haha let's hope he goes by his middle name!
