I quite like Matthias Rowan, love Matthias and like Rowan. I think its a good combo. Definitely prefer Matthias over Matteo

Matthias is a great, underrated name. Matthias Rowan is a great combo. I prefer Matthias.

I prefer Matthias far more. I like Matthias Rowan, very handsome.

It's been my favorite name since I was about 5. The first time I heard it was in German and it wasn't until about 6 years ago that I heard it in English (which is weird considering I'm American..) and I hated the English pronunciation. I've gotten used to it now but I'm keeping it as a middle name since I don't like the look of Mattias as much or the nickname Matt.

I like Matthias a lot, but I can't decide which spelling I prefer. Matthias, Mattias, Mathias...
Matthias Rowan is a nice combo. It has a good flow. I'm not a fan of Rowan but it works really well with Matthias.

My favorite Matt- names is Matteus.

... is lovely, ditto Matthias Rowan, though Rowan is better on a girl IMO. Still, I love it on either gender. Matteo is cool, but I think I prefer Matthias. Matthew is a bit boring. I hate the nickname Matt, though.

Matthias and Matteo are awesome. However I feel like Matteo are a tad trendy and Matthias is more classic.

Matthias is ok, though not a fave of mine. Personally I don't think Matthias Rowan really fits together or flows that well. Rowan Matthias sounds better imo. Out of Matthias and Matteo, Matteo definitely gets my vote.

I really like both Matthias and Matteo. I want to say there was someone on these boards with a son named Matteo? That may have been years ago, idk. I think I'd pick Matthias between the two.

I like it. Matthias Rowan is really cool. It's got bit of an old-school naturey vibe that also works really well with current popular names.
I like Matthias and Matteo equally, but they feel very different. Matteo sounds younger and is more "clean", while Matthias is more "busy" and old fashioned (but it doesn't sound old like an old person). Matteo is less likely to need a nickname as a little kid, I think, since it's shorter and easier for kids to pronounce.

I've always liked the name Matthias, but I prefer the more common spelling in Sweden, Mattias. It was the name of a childhood best friend of mine, so it's dear to me. Pronounced ma-TEE-us.

Matteo is OK, but I think it only fits a kid of Italian descent.

I like Matthias when it's pronounced Mat-THEE-us. It's way better than Matteo, too.
