Sorry for the long space between this and the previous one, life got busy earlier than I expected.

It came as a bit of a shock when the twins found out they weren’t so inseparable on their first day at Hogwarts. The difference in houses ended up causing a rift between the girls, and Petronilla became increasingly jealous of their mutual friend, Clara. Their relationship got so bad that they stopped speaking together entirely until four years ago, when they united in their mutual concern over Calanthe who found out that she was a squib. They started to study together more on week days and relax together over the week ends, but they will never be as close as they were before they entered Hogwarts.
Although Calanthe was originally disappointed she wouldn’t be able to do magic, she has come to love her life as a normal muggle teen. In fact, lately, she has been enjoying it a bit too much. She recently found out that she is pregnant by her new boyfriend. Thinking about being parents really scares both of them, but they want to stay together and make it work.
Anders and Eloise are best friends and partners in crime. They plan to be the prankster king and queen of Hogwarts, and they’re more than ready to start this year. They are slightly concerned that some of the older students will associate them with their older siblings, but the considerable age gap is sure to help them out in that department.

Calanthe’s boyfriend recently moved to her neighborhood from Spain, where he grew up. His first name was popular when he was born (http://www.behindthename.com/top/lists/spain/2002) but his middle name is a very unusual Spanish name. He has two last names, both of which are not very common Spanish names.

Since Calanthe grew up with a name that nobody knew, and her boyfriend has a very common name, they want their child to have an English name that isn’t overly popular, but is also not unheard of. If the baby is a boy, Calanthe decided to let her boyfriend pick out the middle name, and he wants to honor a Spanish soccer player that he admires. (He adores soccer.) If the baby’s a girl, Calanthe’s decided on a short yet frilly Spanish name. The baby will have two last names: the boyfriend’s first last name then Calanthe’s first last name.

Anders loves to cause trouble with Eloise. He enjoys it almost as much as Quidditch, which is saying something, as he plans to play professionally. Although he insists that he doesn’t care about school or his studies, he confided in Eloise that he has his transfiguration textbook memorized. She’s starting to get suspicious. He said he wasn’t seriously considering becoming an animagus, but he seems to be getting more and more interested in doing that very thing. What house do you think he’ll be in?

Eloise has one aspiration for her first year of school: get sorted into Gryffindor. She determined that she wouldn’t fit in any other house because she’s not nice enough to be in Hufflepuff, not dedicated enough to be in Ravenclaw, and enjoys trouble too much for Slytherin. Besides, she’s positive that Anders will be in Gryffindor and she doesn’t want to be in a different house from him. Do you think she’ll get her wish?
