My parents (char)les and lor(rie) sad they were being creative and I'm the most creative person. Nick named miss tinker migiever.

That kind of name is called a portmanteau. Does it rhyme with "starry" or "Larry?"
If the former, it is also a truncated/familiar/diminutive form of CHARLENE, CHARLOTTE (and other names beginning with CHAR-).
If the latter, it is a respelling of CHERRY, CHERIE or, possibly, SHERRY.
(If a meaning can't be derived from the spelling of a name, it is derived from its sound. There are no reinforced spelling rules in euphonic naming. At least, not in the USA.)
Alternatively, you could interpret the name as CHARLES + LORRIE...
P.S.: I wonder why they didn't go with CHARLORRIE. That would have been interesting, like HILARY or VALERIE.
