To be honest, I am not crazy about Felicity. I happen to like Felicia better, but that is my sister's name so I admit to bias. My favorite variation is Felice though (feh-leese), kind've like the Spanish "feliz". A lot of people think it is masculine... but that is really only the Italian feh-lee-cheh that is male.
I also debated using Felina myself, to honor my sister... but it may be too cat-ish.
In any case, Felicity is a strong name but not my favorite. I do really like it in the middle name spot though, with a shorter first name.
Something like Felicity Hazel, Felicity Renee, Felicity Maris or Felicity Laure would be lovely... but so would Hannah Felicity, Cadence Felicity, Zinnia Felicity, Eden Felicity or Shannon Felicity.
I think two syllable pairings match it well.
