Honestly, I like it so much more than Tatiana. I am not really a fan of Tatiana, but Katiana appeals to my innate appreciation of the C-sound and it just looks classier imo.

I prefer Katya but Katiana does sound pretty; definitely prefer Katiana over Tatiana.

It seems exotic enough that it could pass as a "real" name. But I kind of see Katia + Tatiana smushed. It's not really doing a lot for me. I'd rather just Katia.

It sounds familiar... I'm sure I've heard it somewhere. Catiana's more appealing to me personally, but either way I'm really loving the sound. It's very beautiful.
