[Opinions] Duncan!
Duncan - WDYT?

Honestly, my first thought IS the Donut and coffee chain, but outside of the reference - I love the name.
It is quirky, yet has a history of serious use and carries a lot of personailty while being clearly masculine. It's a strong choice.
As for the cultural references, you can never get away from them.

My grandfather's name. a good name, I like it.
I like it, and it doesn't make me think of donuts.
I've always hated Duncan. I can't really explain why... It just looks and sounds ugly. And it makes me think of someone that's very stupid.
I like it. It seems cool, and versatile, and doesn't try too hard.
Duncan always strikes me as clunky and awkward sounding although I like that it has a strong tradition behind it.
My maternal ggm's maiden name was Duncan and I've always liked it. I might have considered it for a ds had dh liked it. I picture a Scottish highlander wearing a kilt while he pictures Dunkin' Donuts. ;-)

Hehe...for me, the association to the donut brand, is entirely overpowered by association to the good-hearted, immortal, sword-wielding Highlander. :)
I like it. There should be more baby Duncans in the world.
Love it; strong and dashing. :)
I like it. It's warm and cozy and nonthreatening.
I don't even like it as a last name, it just sounds so thick and chunky. Like Dunkin Donuts.
