how would ppl pronounce Battus?
I made up the name Brena from the real name Brina, but want to know how ppl would prn. it. ive gotten two different answeres so far: BREE-nah and BREH-nah. which way would u prn. it?

French way:
Ba-tus (not uh-s but "u" like "battu" in French, with a S) or Ba-toos
Bray-na

English way:
Bat-us
Bree-na

Battus looks sort of Latin, like BAH-tooss to me.. unless it's English and it's BAT-tuss. I'd say it like that, since I only speak English.

Brena: I'd say it like Brina, or like Elena (BRAY-na). I'd have to ask which. BREH-nah is Brenna to me.
