I like Alethea as well. I just prefer it as a middle name, particularly to Rose. I'd never use it as a first name because a lot of people tend to pronounce it ə-LEE-thee-ə which I despise. I prefer al-ə-THEE-ə.

Alethea is melodious, but it seems like Elysia with a speech impediment. This makes me prefer Althea. But Anthea is my true preference.
