I love Althea. You could use the nickname Thea, or no nickname at all. It's a great name.
I'm not a fan of your middle names though. They all seem like filler names to me. I like the idea of honoring your mother. How about:Althea Kitty

I wasn't really looking for suggestions but I like them so thanks!Althea Kitty is sort of right up my alley. I also like Althea Rosie. Really cute names.

How is Althea pronounced? If it's like healthier minus the h then I personally don't like the sound of it.
I like Althea Kate the best, especially since it's after you mum :)

I hadn't ever thought of it that way but I guess in certain areas Althea does sound like healthier. Thank you for pointing that out.

Especially in certain British accents, I think it would sound like that, but in my accent, it sounds like all-thee-uh, which I like.
