I love Tobiah and Rosette. Very unexpected and quirky compared to Tobias and Rosalie, which are "safer", in my opinion. If you're worried they are TOO quirky, they'll have the very safe options of Toby and Rose - which is stolidly adorable.
Tobiah, Isaiah, and Zachariah are a lot together though...I might pick Tobias just to switch it up a bit.
