I like the name Christian it's classical and handsome. I cannot perceive why a child would be teased for having the name Christian since its fairly common and unreproachable, unless you think Muslims would tease him? I agree that it would cause confusion. There are quite a few non-Christians with that name, but their parents might have been Christians or at least had an appreciation for Christian virtues. Of course, your son might not decide to follow his parents faith either, but it would still come as a surprise for a man with Muslim parents to be called Christian.
