I can't think of many other examples (besides those listed on this website) that have those literal meanings. The first thing that came to mind is Grata or Gratia, from the latin name Gratus. Have you considered using words with similar connotations, like grace, mercy, favour, or gift?Grace, Gratiana, Grazia, Gracia, Graciella - obviously connected to words like grateful, gratitude
Mercy
Mercedes
Hannah, Anne, Anna + all its variants
Dora (Theodora, Isidora, Pandora, Eudora) - gift

MERCY is closely related to "merci," French for "Thank you."

JADON means "thankful". It is a Biblical name historically used for a boy.Attaching the Hebrew feminine suffix |-ah| would form a feminine neonym like JADONAH or JADNAH.* These names are not attested to in American English, but native Hebrew speakers can confirm if they, or something close, would work.*JADONA or JADNA would be the truncated versions. (All four variations have hits in Google, Facebook and Linked-In.)

GRACIE < GRACE < GRACIA < |gratia|, which has a common etymology with "grateful" and |Gracias|, Spanish for "Thank you." The latter is |Grazie| in Italian.HTH
