I like it, but more as a GP than as a name I'd ever seriously consider. Lacey sounds smart and a little tough to me (a holdover from years of Cagney and Lacey, maybe), but brings all these soft lacy images to my mind. I like the contrast.

I spell it Lacey. Lacy is best left as an adjective for describing bras and panties.
