[Opinions] Cyra
Replies
I suppose Cyra is the feminine form of Cyrus, or respectively a variant of Kira/Kyra. Therefore I would intuitionally pronounce Cyra like Kira (KEE-rah). I like it somehow, although the "c" makes it somehow wrong. I'd probably prefer Kira.
Combo suggestions:
Cyra Arielle
Cyra Joanna
Cyra Noemi
Cyra Tabita
Cyra Alexandra
Cyra Eugenia
Cyra Eunice
Cyra Ailis
Cyra Bedelia
Cyra Darina
Cyra Fiona
Cyra Maeve
Cyra Muriel

I love Cyra, but I highly doubt I would ever use it. It doesn't seem entirely like a real person's name to me, if that makes sense. I pronounce it SIE-ra.

It's so cool! It's exactly my kind of name. Different but not weird, lovely in sound, and short enough that it doesn't need a nickname.
I don't like Cyra Renata cos of the "rah rah" sound you get when you say them. Spending about a minute thinking about it, I might use:
Cyra Emmeline
Cyra Josephine
Cyra Louette
Cyra Calanthe (okay, maybe not in real life. But it's awesome!)
Cyra Elodie
Cyra Jasmine
