Congrats to your sister, that's so exciting! Boy is she going to have her hands full with five kids! As for the names, my faves would be:
Jemima Clementine
Jemima Lorelei
Clementine Azalea
Isaac Montgomery
Isaac Bartholomew
Jerome Vincent
I think my fave pairing would be Isaac Montgomery and Jemima Clementine.
