I like it. I can see it making a comeback. It is vintage - as you said - but it doesn't come across as dated to me, which makes it interesting. Normally I'm not a fan of old names being used on babies, but Ingrid is an exception. There's something pretty about it. It sounds very feminine, but not frilly.
