I've always liked it - it seems pretty without being frilly. It doesn't seem bratty to me. It reminds me of the book The Giver, which I believe is being made into a movie. And then there's the Shrek connection, but that doesn't really bother me.

The reason its unusable for me personally is that it means fair or white and I have a hard time seeing any of my kids coming out being blonde :-) It's a connection that probably doesn't bother anyone else, but it's what I always think of.
