Catherina where I live, also Hendrina. Very frequent among the elderly! So it doesn't zing or jingle for me, and I would be surprised to encounter it as a name in its own right - I've only seen it once as a full name.ETA: Also Irina I suppose, though I've only ever seen that as a complete form, no nicks.
