It's cute. Charlie is a little more classic, but the nicknamey ness of it balances out the more modern Harrison.
My fave twin boy combo is Gideon Francis and Damian Louis. I also like Cormac and Lorcan paired together (maybe with a little sister Orla?).
Some more ideas:
Lionel and Arthur
Emmett and Julian
Rufus and Leon
Dashiell and Flynn
