Other than Megara / Megaera, I'm not sure how you can achieve this unless you use Margaret or Marguerite.
Personally, I really like Meg. It's one of my top two favorite nns for Margaret (the other is Daisy). My mom was Margaret (nn Margie) so I've considered using it in the past.

1
