Meg is a sweet name. I really like Megan "Meg." Margaret is too stuffy for me personally, but it's a classic and it lends itself to the nickname Meg easily. I like Meg on its own, but if you want a full name for it, it sounds like Margaret is probably your best bet unless you don't mind using a diminutive of Margaret as a full name with Meg as the nickname. Margo / Margot "Meg" could work. I really like Margo.
