I think that Ida will be one of the next "Victorian" names to be rediscovered by a lot of parents in the USA looking for "different but not too different" alternatives for names like Ava and Ada.
I'm no good at the "what middle names to use" question, because I strongly believe that children should get middle names that link them to their families or at least to people the parents admire in some way. So what are the names of your child's grandmothers, great-grandmothers, aunts, greataunts, and your own best friends? I'd urge you to use one of those.
