Haha, yes, definitely Scandinavian!
I discovered Febe through being sad that the lovely Phoebe doesn't really work in Swedish. Then I remembered it's Greek, and from how Greek names usually are transcribed into Swedish, I figured Phoebe ought to be spelled Febe in Swedish. And when I googled that, I discovered that Febe is indeed the "real" Swedish form. :)
