I think it's sweet, simple and feminine. It's not that unusual where I love (Sweden). Tuva is more common though.

I think it's pretty, but I prefer the variant Tove. It sounds strong and sophisticated to me.

Love Tovah

With this spelling. Without the h it looks incomplete to me.I think its pretty. Nice meaning too :)

I don't like it but I don't dislike it either. It feels a little unsubstantial, like maybe there's more to it but it got cut off.
