Classy, easy to pronounce and spell... I love it. Victoria has moved into my top spot over Julia ONLY because it is easy to pronounce in many languages (Julia is pronounced differently in Spanish and German). Most people in most of the developed countries have been exposed to the name Victoria, so it is recognizable to many people around the world. That is very important to me.
