I really like it's it's so pretty and elegant! I pefer the spelling Adriana (I pronounce it ay-dree-OHN-uh) because I say Adrianna like ay-dree-AN-uh.
Adrianna Claire is so pretty! Adrianna Rose is also pretty but a bit plain. I'd use it even if my cousin married an Adrianna, because it's really pretty! Or if you didn't want to be teased that you named your daughter after her why not something close like Arianna / Ariana, or Adrienne? :)

I'd dance among the flowers too!
