[Facts] Braelyn
My mother taught me "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all". Their is expressing your opinion with tact and respect, and their is expressing your opinion with none. Usually people who go on and on and on about how ugly a name is have personal issues of their own. Everyone is untitled to their opinion, but when others feel attacked your opinion means shit; so I would keep your hurtful opinions to yourself. I am posting this for the people who have felt attacked and to not listen or take personally what others have said.
Braelyn in my opinion, is a very beautiful name! I love this name so much that I called my daughter Braelyn. She is beautiful and everyone who has met her agrees with me. She is smart, funny, and loving. She is my world ;)

Thank you Chrissy - I agree. My daughter was born in 1998, and I never heard of the name Braelyn, but I loved it. I named my daughter Braelyn Rose. Rose is a family name. Anyone that is a parent is allowed to name their child any name. It is special because that is what the parent named their child. My daughter loves her name and so do many others. Everyone tells me it is such a beautiful name. Be nice!!!
This belongs on the Opinions Board, where everyone is entitled to a politely expressed opinion.
Ok. So I don't quite understand where this is coming from, but I think this message board in particular is predominately for facts or questions about the meanings of names. I suppose if you have a rant, perhaps you could put up your own blogging site? Just a suggestion.
And btw...I've never heard of Braelyn for a girl, and only recently heard it used for a boy...about three times in the last two years. If that makes a difference In wondering why people are feeling "attacked"...
