Erica and Mattie have been dating since their early twenties - they are now 29 and 27 respectively. They are in a civil partnership and live in a one bed flat in Central England.
Year1: Erica and Mattie move to a house in Ainsdale.
Erica (29) and Mattie (27).
Year2: Erica is promoted to Team Leader in her branch. Mattie's little sister, Megan (21) moves in temporarily after finishing University while she finds a place of her own. She stays for three months.

Year3: The couple are excited to find out that Erica is pregnant via a sperm donor. The procedure has led to fraternal twins who are both little girls! Erica and Mattie call their daughters Rosalinda Leigh and Liliana Rue.

Year1: The business Billy works for moves its headquarters to America, if he wants to keep his job - and maybe even get a promotion - he has to move with it. So Lily and Billy pack up and buy a 4-bed house in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.
A few weeks after settling in, Lily's twin sister Rose, and her partner Charley, come over to pay a visit, they stay for two weeks.

Year4: Charley and Rose agree to Scott's pleads for a dog, acknowledging how character building the responsibility will be. They take their son to a local shelter and he picks out an 18month blue, female Australian Shepherd mix. Her name is already Crystal, which Scott is happy to keep.
Just after adopting Crystal however Rose discovers she is pregnant, and already 3months down the line. Once Scott is reassured that Crystal won't have to go back to the shelter, he is excited to become a big brother, especially when he hears a little boy is to be born. Right on schedule, Archer Vincent pops into the world with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
